Terms of Service

Effective date: 20 October 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Nazar Games (“Nazar Games”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you visit nazargames.com (the “Site”) or play our games and use our related services (together with the Site, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country sets a higher minimum age for using online services without parental consent. If you’re under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian. They accept these Terms on your behalf and are responsible for your use of the Services, including any purchases.

2. Your account and progress

Some games can be played without an account. Your progress may be stored on your device or linked to a platform account such as Game Center or Google Play Games. If you delete a game without linking your progress, it may be lost and we may not be able to restore it. Keep your device and account credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

3. Licence to use the Services

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded from. We and our licensors own all rights in the Services, including the games, code, art, music, characters, names and the Nazar Games brand. These Terms don’t transfer any of those rights to you.

4. Virtual items and purchases

4.1 What you’re buying

Our games may offer virtual currency and virtual items (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value, can’t be exchanged for cash or anything of value outside the game, and can’t be transferred or sold to anyone else.

4.2 Payments

In-game purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are processed under their terms. We don’t receive or store your payment card details.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the store you bought from, under its refund policy. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, you agree that delivery starts immediately after purchase and you acknowledge that you lose that right once the Virtual Item has been delivered, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

4.4 Changes to Virtual Items

We may change prices, and we may change, rebalance or remove Virtual Items as our games evolve. If we close a game that sells Virtual Items, we’ll give reasonable notice in advance through the game or the Site.

5. Rules of play

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, hacks, modified clients or any unauthorised software;
• copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Services, except where the law expressly allows it;
• buy, sell, trade or transfer accounts or Virtual Items outside the game;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, or post content that is hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise unlawful;
• interfere with or disrupt our servers, networks or other players’ experience;
• pretend to be Nazar Games, our team or anyone else;
• use the Services or our trademarks for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• break any applicable law.

If you break these rules, we may take action as described in section 9.

6. Your content and feedback

If a game lets you create or share content, such as a player name or messages, you keep ownership of it but give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use it as needed to run the Services. You’re responsible for what you share and must have the right to share it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

7. Ads and third-party services

Our games may show ads and may let you use services provided by others, such as app stores, platform sign-in or ad partners. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for them.

8. Changes to the Services

We’re always working on our games, so we may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We’ll try to give notice of changes that significantly affect you.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services, remove content or reset progress if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other players or the Services. Where reasonable, we’ll tell you why. You can stop using the Services at any time by deleting the game, and you can ask us to delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property complaints

We respect other people’s intellectual property. If you believe something in the Services infringes your rights, email hi@nazargames.com with a description of your work, where you found the content in the Services, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised and that your notice is accurate.

11. Disclaimers

We work hard to make the Services fun and reliable, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every country, or that progress or Virtual Items will never be lost because of technical problems.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Nazar Games isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that can’t be limited under applicable law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan).

If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts or consumer arbitration committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) that have jurisdiction where you live, where the law gives you that right. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at hi@nazargames.com so we can try to resolve the issue.

14. Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded a game from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• These Terms are between you and Nazar Games only, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for the game or its content.
• Your licence covers using the game on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store’s Usage Rules.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game.
• If the game fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the game.
• Apple isn’t responsible for handling claims relating to the game, including product liability claims, claims that the game doesn’t meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
• Apple isn’t responsible for investigating, defending or settling any claim that the game infringes someone else’s intellectual property rights.
• You confirm that you’re not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and aren’t on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the game.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version here and update the effective date. If the changes are significant, we’ll let you know in advance through the Site or our games. If you keep using the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the Services.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
